The app lets you export your training records and custom presets to a file, and import them back. This is entirely under your control:
Spoken cues use Apple's on-device speech synthesis (AVSpeechSynthesizer). No audio or text is sent over the network by the app.
Beluga uses local notifications only as a background safety net for training phase changes. These are generated on your device and are not sent through any server.
